  Repair to my roof

  Spoke to Karl on a Sunday and he was at my house doing an evaluation of my roof on the Monday. Rang me up , explained , had photos ( great idea ! ) and arranged to get the work done as required. 2 days later all done and dusted and again with before and after photos. Highly recommend and great price

  Flat roof repair

  I contacted NLK to arrange a free quote. Due to me living an hour from their location they offered to do a quote over the phone with pictures. After a lengthy phone call consultation about the job I needed done they came the following weekend and completed the job in a timely manner. All the team were polite, knowledgeable and tidied afterwards. I would highly recommend NLK and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

  Made two appointments for them to come out for a quote and they didn't show for either.

  My neighbour recommended them to me. I made two appointments for them to come out to give us a quote to repoint the valleys on my roof and they didn't show for either appointment. I have texted and tried calling and they want pick up the phone or replay to the texts. Very poor service. If they could give a quote they should have said from the word go.
