    John called and his son, Alex, came within the hour. Very friendly service. Replaced the brushes of my washing machine. Left with testing out the machine. Couldn't be happier! Would highly recommend using this family run business.

    Fan Oven Fix

    I hadn’t been able to use my fan oven for a couple months as it kept tripping a fuse. I came across this company here and John got in touch straight away with a really reasonable quote. Once I was ready to go ahead, he arranged for Alex to come and check my oven within 48 hours. Alex was professional and quickly figured out the issue, and they got a new part ordered for me asap. Once the part arrived, he had it fitted and working within 20 mins. Would 100% recommend and use again!

    Broken Sharpe Wahimg Machine

    John runs this family owned and run business and you can tell he cares about customers. communication was excellent, the work was excellent and the pricing fair. They are now my go to company for repairs

    Avoid. Unskilled, leaves you with bigger problem

    My washing machine had started to sound its alarm & flash a tap symbol during the cycle. John at NL Domestic Repairs said that he “had never seen this symbol on his Bosch washing machine and was it not a dishwasher?” (!) He then sent his employee Alex, who gave totally bad & incorrect advice. Based on his advice, I then had to pay a plumber £198, who confirmed that not only was the valve was not damaged but neither was there an issue with the water pressure. I have therefore spent £258 ( 2hrs x £95 plumber & NL cost) and my washing machine still doesn’t work. John ignored my emails.

We explained the issue could be linked to the water pressure going into the washing machine or the cold‑water inlet valve, not a confirmed plumbing fault. Any plumbing costs were independent of our advice. We only asked if it was a washing machine or dishwasher to confirm the appliance. The prices stated are not ours. We also tried to contact you, but our calls went unanswered. We aim to provide clear communication and honest assessments, and our high Checkatrade ratings reflect the standard we work to.
