Absolutely brilliant service from the moment that John called me. Was able to check my washing machine within a couple of hours. The part was quickly ordered and fixed 2 days later. Did a fantastic job fitting despite the heat and left the area clean and tidy afterwards. So glad to have. Washing machine fixed so quickly!! Will be using again if needed.

Rang and enquired about my oven not working. Alex arrived that afternoon. He was very helpful and managed to fit a new element in my oven, he also fixed the top door. This was excellent, Alex was very polite, very tidy. Great service which was quick too.

John was very prompt and very polite.

Responded within minutes to job posted in evening and were able to come next day. Needed a new washing machine door seal fitted, Alex had the job done very quickly. He was friendly and knowledgeable and said they’d come back right away if we had any issues with it. Have been using machine loads since and no issues at all. Would def recommend and use them again. Very reasonable price as well.

I submitted an enquiry and within 5 mins John from NL Domestic Repairs called. We discussed the issue with the oven and he advised on the call out fee plus the min/max the part could be. They were able to fit the repair in the same day, between jobs, and able to repair it there and then, we now have a fully working oven again. Thank you
