Neal was great, replied to my request super quickly with an efficient text. Carried out the work quickly and took no effort on my end. He sourced replacement taps for a property at the market rate. We contacted Neal based on reviews to help us with our malfunctioning pneumatic flush. On the first visit, he diagnosed the issue and gave us a workable temporary fix (1.5 hours). From there, he ordered the part which was needed and returned a week later to install (1 hour). He was professional and a clear communicator. We found it refreshing to have a tradesman be so up front and transparent with rates and policies. We also appreciate that he is an independent plumber local to us in N1. We will keep him in our contacts list for future callouts in case of any general plumbing issues.

Neal did an excellent job replacing the plumbing for our kitchen sink and clearing a blockage. He was very professional and polite, and was very clear about what the job would entail and what could be causing the blockage. He did a great job and the sink is draining like a dream. I’d recommend!

Superb service. I rang Neal yesterday as I had been notified of a leak by the flat below. He organised to visit the next morning. Neal and his colleague were prompt, friendly and took the time to talk me through the source of the leak and how it needed to be fixed. They undertook the work while I worked and showed me the completed works. Great service, will 100% use NK Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

Neal was great to deal with. This company is responsive, reliable and reasonably priced. Neal was able to detect leaks and make repairs. He came to the property twice. He was always on time and always left the place clean. I have been burnt by 'dodgy' tradespeople in the past and this was such a welcome change. The work was done a couple of weeks ago and so far, all good. I would definitely recommend this company. NK Plumbing is now my 'go to' for any plumbing jobs I may require in future.
