The company initially were very responsive and did the work well. However, there are problems with the lights they fitted and they will not engage to resolve these issues. I have now chased them up a number of times and they simply do not respond. We now have new outside lights that do not work properly and I am even receiving complaints today about these lights which were reported to the electrician as being a problem back in December. The lights will be guaranteed and you dont take money and walk away from further issues with fittings you supplied. Very poor service!

My wife had just given birth and was due out of hospital the next day. I went home ahead of her arrival and found there was no electricity and therefore no hot water, heating or lighting. I called Niall and he arrived in under 45 mins. Within 2 mins he had the fuse box panelling off and had started to diagnose the fault. He then set about narrowing down the issue to identify where the fault was in the house. He fixed it and restored power to the house, making my wife very happy! Thank you very much Niall!

Niall Was amazing! He arrived within 45mins of emergency call out. My wife had just given birth to our first baby and was due to arrive home the next morning. But with no electricity, there’d be no heating/hot water, no lighting, no way of cooking and a defrosting freezer.. Thankfully Niall saved the day! He had the fuse box casing off within 2 mins of arrival, quickly and methodically narrowing down the fault and getting all the power back-on. Without Niall my wife would have had to ask to stay in hospital another night with our newborn. Thank you.

Really great service! Niall was so nice and walked me through what he was doing and even tried to talk me through the issue on the phone which was brilliant. Unfortunately I wasn't able to foxed the problem and niall was here the next day. Very friendly and professional. Would 100% recommend and will be using NJR for any future electrical needs!

Niall was brilliant. He came and helped me to plan out the electrics in our kitchen which was completely new - placement for plug sockets/spot lights etc. Also installed a new smoke alarm that is a heat detector rather then smoke so doesn’t go off when we burn roast ?? He also did a complete rewire of this and our bathroom And installed a new fuse board. Highly recommend, professional, reasonable and honest. Thanks Niall!

Niall and his team were great. Really helpful in explaining all the details and schedules of work. We changed a few details along the way and they were happy to help. The team were very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend!
