  Shower repair

  Shower was stiff to turn. He came cleaned and slackened off but didn’t put it back together very well. The knobs were not at the correct angles and loose & he has cracked my porcelain handle. My husband and my dad had to sort it after he left. I’ve ended up more out of pocket and with a broken handle.

  I am sorry if I did not complete the work on your shower to your satisfaction.i removed the outer collars that attach to the cylinders controlling the water speed and the temperature control. This enabled me to free the build up of limescale causing the stiffness. I then put everything back and all seemed ok. I showed your husband what to do if it got stiff again. Despite only charging £40 for this I would have gladly returned at no charge. Unfortunately this review is the first I was aware of a problem. The porcelain handle is removable without the use of a tool and I did not drop it ,didn’t notice anything wrong. I think a score of 1 is very harsh.
