Called Neil on a bank holiday Monday. He talked me through fixing the water pressure issue on our boiler over the phone FOR FREE !!!! What an amazing guy!!! Any tradesman that will help you out in your hour of need is a rare thing these days let alone for free I will be using Neil for all things Plumbing and Heating here on! Starting with a boiler service

Couldn't have gone better, new boiler fitted minimal, the old boiler removed and taken away.The two fitters Eddie and Kai were great went out of their way to make sure they got everything set as we needed it and left everything tidy.But be warned they do like a coffee.

They responded promptly to my call and scheduled a visit. Their text system to let you know they were on their way is a great idea as I could put the dog out of the way. When they attended they were polite and even took the shoes off without being asked. They sorted out the issue straight away which was reassuring and completed a service on my boiler.

They did the job they came to do. They were thoroughly professional and efficient and patiently answered all my questions.

Found the right company for the job 5 star. Have used them before and will again clean polite friendly always.

Responsive to emergency, identified the issue immediately and repaired quickly. Very friendly and clean service.
