We are sad to see this reply but Ill add some context to this
We fitted a new boiler for the customer via a charity that funded the cost but they are liable for any other costs other then the boiler
Most of these jobs are with the boiler not working so we don't know if the system is working - We found a fault on the system that needed altering and the customer was told the cost and gave approval to do the work.
They then took 7 months to pay and we had to chase numerous times to get the payment - We have declined to service the boiler, They have got upset as we have said no to them.
