    Nilo Construction helped refurbish my 2-bed flat, including a brand-new kitchen and bathroom. This was my first refurbishment project so I was quite out of my depth and really relied on them for help and guidance. Igor was a brilliant communicator and project manager throughout. He gave me clear quotes and made really helpful suggestions, especially when it came to the timing of purchases and choosing second-fix materials. The flat is now totally transformed and modernised. I’ve already recommended Nilo Construction to several friends and colleagues and will be continuing to do so!

    Ground floor extension leading to the garden.

    The extension was completed in expert quality, you can tell the level of detail and care from the team. Communication is good and the team leads made a lot of effort to establish a good relationship. We're very happy with the result of the work!

    Full remodel of Victorian house + structural works +kitchen joinery

    We hired Igor and Zhan for a full remodelling of our Victorian house in London, including a kitchen extension. The house was in good condition but needed a full refresh, and the project covered both cosmetic updates and more substantial works. Some unforeseen structural issues arose during the renovation, but the team handled them very professionally and competently. We are delighted with the final result and how the house has turned out.

    Miscellaneous projects

    I have used Nilo Construction for a number of small projects around the property. They were professional and provided great advice and recommendations regarding the works that needed to be completed, not scamming and suggesting improvements that were not necessary. The team were also very tidy and cleaned up once all the work was done. All very efficient and professional. Would definitely use for future projects and would highly recommend.

    Skilled, organised and excellent communication

    Igor and the team performed refurbishment work to my home for in 2025 and were professional, well-organised and communicated very well at all stages. The standard of work was high. The team assisted me with various specialist works using their skilled tradesmen. They were considerate of my timelines and made extra effort to deliver to these. They showed flexibility when accommodating external tradesmen on my project, (e.g. a different flooring company) although in hindsight I wish I had requested NILO manage everything given their aptitude and professionalism. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

    Incredible builders, with a stellar standard of service.

    We hired Nilo Construction to renovate our house. The project involved breaking-down of some walls, a new kitchen, and a full modernisation - including new flooring, underfloor heating, electrics, plastering, painting, and more. They did a spectacular job! Our experience with Zhan & Igor was incredible, from start to finish. They were transparent, forthcoming, courteous, and helpful - and advised us throughout the project with lots of patience, and genuine care. They made us feel informed, and in capable hands, at all stages. We highly recommend using their services.
