    Incredible builders, with a stellar standard of service.

    We hired Nilo Construction to renovate our house. The project involved breaking-down of some walls, a new kitchen, and a full modernisation - including new flooring, underfloor heating, electrics, plastering, painting, and more. They did a spectacular job! Our experience with Zhan & Igor was incredible, from start to finish. They were transparent, forthcoming, courteous, and helpful - and advised us throughout the project with lots of patience, and genuine care. They made us feel informed, and in capable hands, at all stages. We highly recommend using their services.

    Amazing experience with Nilo

    We recently had a full renovation done on our 4-bedroom home, and the results exceeded all expectations. It was a big job with underfloor heating, a custom kitchen, new bathroom, rear extension with Velux windows, and a new staircase. The team at Nilo handled everything smoothly from start to finish. They were professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. Their design suggestions made a huge difference the space now feels thoughtful and fresh. The house is completely transformed bright, modern, and like a brand new home. So happy we went with Nilo and would absolutely recommend them👌

    One bedroom flat renovation

    Igor, Zhan and team took on my bedroom, living room and kitchen upgrade and refit and they did such a great job. They're very kind, worked very quickly and with such care and attention to detail. Stand out highlights: -when pulling up the carpet in the bedroom, we found the original floorboard were rotting. Zhan quickly sourced reclaimed wood floorboards that exactly match the original wood floors in the rest of the flat. They look beautiful. - the kitchen! They delivered me a gorgeous kitchen with custom cabinet doors within my low budget. Would reccommend them to anyone!

    Bedroom and barthroom renovation

    Igor, Zhan and the team helped us with the renovation of two bedrooms, one of which was en-suite. For us, it was the first ever experience of construction works at home, so it took us some time to familiarise ourselves with the process. Zhan who coordinated the project was very helpful throughout and made sure all our questions were answered and all our concerns addressed.
