I asked Nilev Ltd to clear my Mum's garden, which had become very overgrown. They didn't provide a quote based on photos, they visited her home and we had a Whatsapp video chat to discuss what needed attention. They carried out the work a few working days later and did a very good job and will do follow up visits to maintain the garden, but only when needed. Really pleased with the communications and the work and intend to use them for ongoing garden maintenance. Good job guys!

My elderly Mum's front and back gardens needed a good tidy up after a garden maintenance agreement fell through. Ana got in touch, visited Mum's home for a proper quote and got down to business a few days later. There was an initial hiccup (hence the 9 for reliability), but a few days later, both gardens were tidied up to a very good standard. I intend to continue with their services for regular tidy-ups from next spring when required.

Appointments kept, fair & competitive pricing. Hard working, enthusiastic and keen to please. Very polite and pleasant to deal with, listening to all my requests & choices. They were both tidy workers and they removed all garden waste & took it away. A very good service supplied, I have no hesitation in recommending them, and will personally use them again.

Ana, director of the company, rang me almost immediately after I had placed an ad for removal quotes and came to visit me the very next day to assess items for removal giving me a decent and very reasonable quote in comparison to much higher quotes from other removal firms. Communication with Ana was top notch, you never had to wait long (within the hour, most times within minutes) a response would be returned to any queries I had. I was able to choose the dates for removal (yes, more than one date) and the timing (morning or afternoon). Highly recommended!

Anna and her team came to inspect my garden before they gave me a quote. They asked all the questions and made sure that understood what i really required. Their job was amazing and I couldnt recommend them enough.
