  outstanding service! Nick came out at short notice ,diagnosed the problem very quickly, replaced combination block and trap on combi boiler . Talked us through the repair .Super friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. Would definitely be using again in the future .

  Very good. Was able fit me in at short notice. We had no heating and hot water. Turned up on time, diagnosed the issue and was able to make a temporary fix, so we had heating that night, returned the next day and repaired the 2 x faulty 2 way switches which was cheaper than replacing the whole valves and put a bypass in to hopefully stop the problem occurring again. Work done was neat and cleaned up after himself and was very polite. Will recommend to anyone and intend to use again for work at rentals we have.

  Nik was top class, he planned the job out thoroughly before starting work and worked hard all day to ensure he was done in the targeted time. Nik made sure the home was kept clean and took the old shower unit with him at the end of the day to be disposed of. Thanks Nik
