Telephoned and spoke to an owner of the business. He said I would receive a call back that day from his staff. In fact the call came, from a lady, the next day. I gave the details of the job and was promised an email with details and contact with their local operator. They would want payment upfront. Whilst not particularly happy with that, I accepted the situation. Eight days later I have not received the promised email. I have therefore had to go elsewhere. I had the great pleasure to receive service from Nightshift Pest Control, and in particular their technician Matt, who came with a wealth of experience from years in the field. My barn had become infested with rats, some bigger than my cat! Within two days they were gone. We haven't seen one since! I can't thank Matt and Nightshift enough. Tried to book a pest control visit at 9:00am and again at 12:00 and on both occasions was promised a call back shortly to arrange.
