  Dump and timber survey and works

  What a great experience we have had with the team. We reached out to conduct a survey for our property and then to carry out the works to address issues (insulation of a wall, some external drainage improvements). And we can’t thank them enough for being efficient and very reasonable! Our bank required some additional paperwork, and the team went an extra mile to secure the insurance requested. I would strongly recommend the business and definitely will be contacting them again should we need any help with the new property in future.

  Damp proofing

  Had a problem with damp and beetle infestation. Ben came out and completed a very detailed survey and highlighted issues discussed along with solutions to the problem. These guys were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them and the company. From start to finish they kept me updated and informed on progress of works carried out all within a timely manner. Very professional throughout. Very happy with the service.

  Mould Removal Treatment and Extractor Fan replacement

  NI Damp Solutions provided excellent service. They quickly identified the cause of the mould and explained the treatment plan clearly. The team was punctual, professional, and left everything clean. They replaced the faulty extractor fan with a more efficient one, and since then, no sign of mould has returned. The air quality has improved, and the bathroom feels fresher. Highly recommend NI Damp Solutions for their quality work and customer care!
