Nick was an absolute dream. Polite, professional and a font of knowledge when it comes to all things fireplaces. He used a drone to check the chimney and then carried out a sweep with zero mess. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again.

Nick came to deliver a sweep & assess our multi fuel appliance with flue. Upon arrival he promptly identified it as an unsafe self-install which was against the Building Regs. After a full investigation Nick explained the situation in detail & offered advice on the next stage (removal or replacement). He promptly issued a well written and illustrated report, only charging nominal attendance fee. Notably aftercare was equally as good with follow-on advice freely given. It was a pleasure to meet this trustworthy & pleasant professional. A great local contact to retain & pass onto others.

As well as cleaning chimney Nick fixes some things that had worked lose and left me with some c helpful advice. Clean, tidy, punctual I’ll be using Nick again.

Nick came on time 7a.m. On the dot….he had all the most up to date equipment, and was very jovial particularly as we both watched him clean chimney very thoroughly! He then hoovered all the inside of the inglenook and the rug….FANTASTIC JOB….Couldnt fault it…..good price as well….Have recommended him and will have him back next year…Well done Nick and thanks for a perfect 10 out of. 10 job.
