  Have used Nick many times for our own property and some rentals and he’s always been great. Quick to respond and fix any problems at a reasonable cost. Would not hesitate to recommend.

  Nick installed my new boiler a few years ago and I have been using him every year since for the boiler service. Never fails to send me a reminder and I have never had any issues with his work. Arrives when he says he will, tidy and super friendly.

  Once again a fantastic service from Nick. As a Landlord I have used Nick at different properties for many years and also at our own home. He is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy (I leave keys with him for access) and completely reliable. He has just completed a complicated boiler replacement at an apartment and once again I am delighted with his work. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nick.
