  On Checkatrade, Nick Harlow responded with a good offer, inclusive of VAT, and with a very short timescale. After we established exactly what was required, we agreed he would do the job the very next day. Nick had a long drive to my home, but I immediately felt confident in him as he arrived with all the necessary tools and replacement parts, showing that he had planned the work well. He worked until late in the evening to complete the two cistern repairs. They now work better than they have ever worked before. The next time I need a plumber, I'll call on Nick as first preference.

  Replacement of bathroom taps

  Nick was very prompt and explained that an alternative remedy - longer handles on the taps to assist an elderly relative- would be a better solution. All work completed very quickly and well.

  I had an emergency plumbing leak on Sunday morning, a leaking flexi waste pipe, leaving an awful smell in my home, I struggled to find help I phoned "Nick Harlow Plumbing" in Thetford who responded immediately, and promised to come at 4pm — and arrived exactly on time. Nick was professional, tidy, respectful of my home, and completed the repair to a very high standard. when completed, Nick checked everything thoroughly, ensured all was working perfectly, and left the area clean and orderly. I am very happy to recommend Nick Harlow Plumbing to family and friends.

  I am very happy to recommend Nick who is as modest as he is skilled. He answered the initial call promptly, came the next day at the time agreed, and mended the bidet trap and a loose hose which was an awkward job. He then solved a long running leaking tap downstairs by replacing it with one he had on his van, saving me hours of time looking for a new one. Cost was very fair and the whole experience was much easier than I was expecting.
