Out of the 4 quotes I had for a reroof, Nicholson Property Services was the only one who took photos and videos of my roof to show me the problems. Each image was numbered and followed by a phonecall to explain what the problem was and how it could be sorted. The information was genuine and the pricing was competitive. Only work that was necessary was carried out. They were reliable and kept me informed of what had been carried out on a day to day basis. They finished on time and provided a long guarantee.

Steve was referred to me by a neighbour who had used him recently and was very happy with the work done and how Steve had gone about it. After accepting Steve's quote he carried out the work promptly as scheduled and at the price quoted. He kept me updated with everything going on and was clean and tidy. Like my neighbour I don't hesitate to recommend Steve.

Leaking roof was repaired. The trader provided a helpful video describing where the roof was leaking, what was needed to fix it and a second video showing the work that was carried out. Also, identified and fixed a couple of other issues with the roof area. Actual cost was as quoted.

We had a variety of things we needed done: new fence, new gate, lead on bay window replaced, some repointing and some roofing work. Steve and Bill were both great - did a very good job with everything, always showed up when they said they would and good communication. We will definitely be keeping their details for any future work we need done!
