  Removal of supporting wall

  Jim & John were both incredibly helpful and completed the job to a higher standard than we had even hoped for. The job created challenges due to the nature of the house, but they worked around them and finished them without trouble. Jim has also given invaluable advice of how we can best refurbish the house and also how we can do some of the work ourselves to make the job more affordable. I've felt that they actually cared about us as customers and took pride in the work that they've done. I couldn't recommend highly enough and we are continuing to have work completed by them

  Kitchen cupboard removal

  The guys removed an old cupboard which was a part of our house, where our old heating system used to be. They had to tear down the walls, plaster the space, lay down some flooring, add an electrical socket and paint the walls. Very happy with the quality of the end results and the speed at which the work was done. Would highly recommend!

  Downstairs area remodel

  We wanted to remodel our downstairs area which involved going through a structural wall. Jim was great with comms from the get go, fair with pricing and always available to help with additional jobs needed as part of the process. Really happy with the new look & feel of the space and definitely planning to use Jim's services again for our bathroom remodel.

  Fixed a leak then redid our downstairs toilet

  Came as a recommendation from another tradesman doing flooring for us. Quickly identifed and stopped the leak, identified the bigger problem and fixed that too. We asked if it was possible to redo the whole room, and it was done to a high standard. Very happy. Family friendly and understanding team.

  Refurbing two bedrooms

  Saw work that was carried out at my sons house , made a media wall for him, looked fantastic so employed Nice developments to plaster two of my bedrooms, fit new radiators in 3 bedrooms, fit new flooring and skirting boards. Absolutely fantastic job done , kept protective covering down to protect my hall and landing , tidied up after every day, kept me informed what would be carried out and when and most of all so friendly, trustworthy , left alone whilst I was out working, which to me is so valuable knowing you don’t have to stay in . Would recommend Nice developments 100%
