NGS provided new fencing, a bespoke shed and seating area and a brand new Pergola. From start, the materials and build quality were excellent and we are super pleased with the result. They even incorporated the replacement of the back fence of our next door neighbour as part of the replacement. Nothing was too much trouble and despite the weather at the time, work was completed to a very high standard and on time. Would recommend !!

Nick visited our property to review the proposed works. We discussed options and incorporated his ideas for installing new gates to our rear garden and correcting the previous installation of another. He then provided an estimate and completed the works on the agreed date. Nick also carried out unplanned repairs to our bin store, all within the originally agreed price. I appreciated Nick’s flexibility and practical approach to solving our requirements and would recommend him for similar works.

Nicholas Saunders has previously carried out a couple of jobs at my property. In August 2024 he has sent me a quote for the fence. Requested that I pay for materials in advance, £949.25. He didn't show up for the job on the day. He told me he was running behind other jobs and postpone the job by one month, then another, at which point I couldn't dispute the transaction with the bank. By 6th November I asked him for refund, and he told me he will speak with his supplier at which point he stopped answering my phone. No material were delivered and job was not carried out.
