Georgi and Nick from NGK are great guys who take a professional approach to their work. Communication was excellent — Georgi kept me updated throughout the ordering process and the project schedule. They both worked tirelessly over the week to complete the front-of-house cladding, delivering a great result. There were a few bumps along the way, but the team handled everything professionally, resolving issues quickly and fairly. Nick and George are a delightful duo, they both bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to their trade. Unfortunately, the job at hand wasn't simple! They took time to show and explain as to why they would need to do certain extra work to frames which was agreed reasonably as they understood we didnt have the funds to replace all door frames. The entire time, they communicated with me on where their plans, progress and even advice on painting. Prior to the work, George would constantly be accessible to ask questions around the fittings I was buying and always helped me in detail. V/pleased TY!

I have contacted these guys for my flats entrance door to be made fire regulation compliant. They are super professional and friendly. From start to finish all went very smooth. We set date and time. They arrived exact on time we arranged. Carried out the job very precisely. All the products they supplied were very high quality. For these guys the word “impossible” does not exist in carpentry. Very approachable reliable, I could ask questions and felt very comfortable with man and son in our house, fully trusted and excellent workmanship. Old doors removed and carefully cut and bagged. No mess left in our home. The work was undertaken in the timeframe as quoted. They came to receive and organise the storage during the delivery of the new doors.
