  Highly recommended, a fantastic company!

  I work for a Lettings & sales agency in Ilkeston and have been using Ng Electrical for all our landlord’s electrical and compliance needs. Communication with contractors can often be difficult but with both Connell & Adam the communication is great. They go above and beyond and are happy to explain works required in detail so that both us as the agent and the landlords understand what is required. They have gone above and beyond numerous times and even when requesting urgent or last minute works they will accommodate wherever possible. They are honest, reliable and a pleasure to deal with.

  Power cable from the house to the garden

  What a great set of lads. Contacted me within the hour of the advert being posted. Came to quote on the day and time we arranged. I was so impressed with them that I gave them the job there and then. Arrived on time to do the job, exactly as they said, cleaned up after themselves and the customer service was brilliant. So impressed I’ve booked them for another 2 jobs! Fantastic overall.

  Wiring for new kitchen

  Brilliant job by Adam to sort the electrics for our new kitchen. He fitted new light switches, new plug sockets, a socket for the dishwasher, and wired in oven and induction hob. Work was excellent, as was communication throughout, and he’s even going to come back and sort out some breakers on my consumer unit for me. Definitely would recommend

  Full Electrical Home Re-wire

  We would highly recommend NG Electrical. Connell first carried out a consumer unit upgrade for us & advised that a full rewire was needed to bring our home up to current safety standards. Although it felt like a big job, we had complete trust in him from the start—even moving out for two weeks while the work was done, with total peace of mind. The end result was excellent: new sockets & switches perfectly installed, additional sockets added throughout, and everything completed to a very high standard fully compliant. Connell & Craig are professional, communicate clearly, & offers fair price.
