Heating finally working!

Richard was so helpful and is also such a good guy. Very polite, knowledgeable and hard-working. He did a great job sorting out the heating in our bathroom which hadn't worked for five years, despite being looked at by at least two other plumbers in the past.

Boiler problem

I was having problems with pressure dropping in an old Worcester boiler, pretty confident the expansion vessel was the problem. Richard turned up, checked the boiler and all pipes for leaks and couldn’t find any. The boiler spares are obsolete now so the vessel wasn’t changed but he topped it up with air. Explained I need a new boiler at some point but it’s not urgent and to keep topping up as I have been for now as nothing else wrong with the boiler. Very nice to have someone that isn’t pushy to get a bigger job. Thanks a lot!!
