Nathan was very efficient in organising a time for the job. He contacted me 40 minutes before he arrived, saying when he was going to arrive. He was punctual to the time we had agreed. Quick and efficient from requesting a quote to getting the job done. When they came out they were very friendly - my son loved them! Nathan and Andy arrived at the specified time and set to work to clean the carpet. They were polite, respectful and most accommodating when l asked if they could spot clean another carpet for me. They were professional and tidy, completing the job to my full satisfaction.
