  After a short phone call they diagnosed the issue and advised disconnecting the hardware.

  They were professional polite and responsive. Turned up when they said they would explained everything and guided us through what they were going to do before they did it so we were comfortable

  I have recently used Nexis security and I could not fault their services, they were professional, punctual and tidy leaving a fantastic job done. I would be recommending them to anyone needing any security work to be done.
