  The whole team was great from enquiring to getting the job done , we had an issue with backing up waste , Tom came out jetted and put a camera down the drain pinpointed the problem, we arranged a what work need doing which him and his team completed in great time and they was super tidy

  We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. We had great communication with Tom in the office making sure they arranged a time and date to suite. When the lads arrived they were on time and efficient, they communicated with us through out the whole process and made us feel at ease that the job would be completed as scheduled. We then had further communication with Tom once all works were completed and have made sure we were happy with what was done on the day. From start to finish we have had nothing but professionalism from Tom and his team. 100% will use again.

  Multiple drain fixes

  Tom and the team did a great job on repairing multiple drain issues on our 1930s house. Responsive and reliable, left no mess behind and we’ve had no issues since.

  Bad smell in house caused by blocked and damaged drain.

  Tom was brilliant! He arrived in less than an hour and was able to sort the blockage immediately and find the problem within half an hour. He is going to sort the problem caused by damage without the disruption to the house that I feared. Very reassuring, thorough and professional.
