    Bit suspicious to me!

    Wasted time getting information and not following through on any quotes. Wouldn’t feel comfortable using on this basis.

    I understand your frustration with the delay. Without drawings or a site visit, providing an accurate quote was challenging. I didn't want to give you an arbitrary number as many builders do, we prefer to provide reasonable estimates which can take time.
