We have used New Wave Plumbing and Heating for 2 years now with various jobs, including leaky pipes, boiler services and a full replacement of our gas combi boiler. All work was carried out very professionally, no mess and at a reasonable price. Definitely would recommend.

Very positive experience, Ashley was very polite and informative send did a very good job. He fitted the new boiler explained how it works etc and cleaned up and removed the old boiler for us. Would highly recommend

Amazing. Was let down by another company to service the boiler the night before, I called around on off chance anyone could help, Ashley was really helpful and was more than happy to help the next morning. Took about 30 minutes to complete the service and had the report before I left. Really helped me out, will be using again

Although no work was carried out on his visit and the fault was sorted, the fault returned an hour later. I sent pictures of the pipe work which he requested and I asked when he can come again. He didn’t respond to 2 of my messages, 2 of my phone calls and a voice message. Now we are left with no hot water or central heating and are now looking elsewhere for a different Gas boiler Engineer.

We had a new boiler supplied and fitted, getting a quote was quick and simple. Ashley committed to a day and time and he didn’t disappoint, his workmanship was amazing and we would highly recommend to friends and family in the future. Many thanks Sarah & Jason.
