New Vision fitted me a new front and back door in 2023 with an excellent work ethic, high standard and genuine care. In the nearly 3 years since there have been no issues, but when I have had questions they have been extremely responsive and helpful. This year I got all new sash windows from them, 13 in total. Needless to say that same calibre of craftsmanship, work ethic and excellent customer service has been retained. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a job done well, and a job done correctly, by people who clearly have an extremely in depth knowledge of their craft. Thank you

Tom and Tommy arrived on time. Completed the job perfectly , took away the packaging and were friendly throughout the exercise. Joined by Paul ( cracked rib from previous incident) who ensured all parts secured and fitted as per instructions A great team

Apparently the job was uncomplicated so it was fixed straight away without any issues. Kind , considerate and tidy work and we are left feeling happy, safe again and well cared for without cost. Advised that problem may return, if so again assistance will provided. We can’t praise your company highly enough.

Excellent and prompt service. Over a few years we have used New Vision a few times for window replacements and to install a small conservatory. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent service from start to finish. We gave Rob and Paul quite a challenge with our requirements, but they tackled the job with enthusiasm and professionalism. Finished ahead of schedule, and left everything clean and tidy. Very pleased with our new doors, would highly recommend.

I contacted New Vision Windows & Doors on 7th Oct 2024, following water coming in through the glass unit in our back door. 'Rob' arranged for one of his team to come out and have a look and fix our leak very quickly. They arranged a time that fitted in with our plans, which was very helpful at the time. I would highly recommend New Vision as they provided a friendly and professional service. Given the number of issues we have had with the windows in our new build 'David Wilson' home, I have now found a firm I feel confident in using in the future.
