From the outset, William was prompt and polite in responding to our initial enquiry about replacing four bays of our fencing. He came the next day to take a look and provided a reasonable quote, and was responsive to any questions we had. William and his colleague arrived to carry out the work on time as arranged, and were efficient and considerate throughout.
