  Kevin visited our property to attend to a blocked sewer. He was very quick to respond and arrived promtly as promised. The problem was quickly identified, cleared, and remedial work suggested. The subsequent repairs were completed as promised. Everything explained as we went along.

  Drainage blockage from the toilet

  Kevin responded our request very quickly, the job requested was created in the morning and Kevin came to fix the drainage in the afternoon. He came on time as he said and completed the job within an hour. He got a camera to check on the drainage status. He is a very reliable person and only needs to pay on completion. Highly recommended this company.

  Blocked main drain

  Had a problem with a blocked main drain. Contacted, checkertrade, recieved a call from Kevin within 15 minutes, and based on my description of the problem he gave me a quote and said he would be with me in 2 hours. Turned up as promised, Found him to be very knolagable regarding the situation explaining what he was doing as the job progressed. Using a camera managed to locate the blockage which was 20 metres along, and unblocked the drain. Kevin is a very personable person and I would definitely use his services again.

  Kevin was very approachable, knowledgeable and very efficient, he quickly remedied my problem of rats entering my drainage system, and then without asking blocked off another possible future problem. He then continued to inspect the rest of the drain with a camera for any damage. This extra work was done within the quoted price.

  Absolutely Fabolous.

  The service provided was absolutely brilliant. The lovely gentleman was able to come a bit earlier the expected ( We had an issue that needed sorting ASAP). He was professional, kind , polite and informative. The customer service was great. So many grumpy people in the world but not Kevin, he was a ray of sunshine on a dark gloomy day. Kevin went above and beyond to fix our issue and maybe even saved us from further expenditure with his extra effort. Would easily give 5 out 5, no question about it. Like the old television show the service was : Absolutely Fabolous...........l
