  Single storey rear extension

  Billy and his team have just completed a single storey rear extension on my house. This is the first time I have ever done such a major renovation and I was very nervous about the whole process. Billy has been very patient with me, explaining everything that needed to happen and keeping me updated throughout. Any problems (of which there weren't many) he sorted out straightaway, including a couple of changes to the original design as the build progressed. His team work incredibly hard and I could not be happier with the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend Billy and his team.

  Bungalow roof and wrap around extension

  The newstock team carried out a massive refurbishment on my bungalow including the demolition only leaving 2 walls standing. Refurbishment included foundation drainage and building the full shell to watertight this was all carried out in great time considering the bad rain we have had the last few month. Thanks Newstock Develoments.

  Wrap around extension

  Standard of work is exceptional. Billy is extremely engaged the whole way through the process. Site was tidied every eve before they left. All hurdles were discussed and handled by Billy. One stop shop, everything handled from plumbing and electrics to roofing. Would highly recommend.

  Loft conversion and single story extension

  Bill and his team did an amazing job building our loft conversion and single story rear conversion for our Victorian property. The crew are friendly and really work hard to deliver throughout the different stages. They also accommodated our requirements to be able to live in the property whilst the work was done. When minor changes to the design were needed Bill and the team made sure we were fully informed, and kept up to date. He also went out of his way to make sure our neighbours were happy when the extension work was in progress. Would definitely recommend Newstock Developments

  Refixing soil pipe to outside wall.

  Billy responded very promptly to my job being posted on Checkatrade. He fitted me in within 24 hours. Completed the job very well. Was courteous and helpful. Will definitely use him again. Very satisfied customer.
