  Chimney repair and other bits too june 2026

  Shane and his team were efficent and very genuine, very considerate of my elderly mum who lives in the property ,he repaired the Chimney and made some repairs to other damage on main roof,also repair the joining chimney (mum neighbour's) for no charge .I cant recommend this company enough . As a very kind jester he fixed my mums wheelchair ramp too . Karen clark

  This company has done some repairs on my roof. Shane is very responsive, survey results detailed and supported by images. Job done with out any significant wait time and at a reasonable cost. all work covered by a 15 year guarantee.

  Challenging winter conditions v dogged determination

  After moving in last October just in time for Storm Amy, NRS fixed our large flat roof during challenging winter conditions, ultimately replacing the flat roof with a new roof as per their 25 year warranty. As agreed, they also repointed all brickwork and undertook other repairs to make the roof watertight, given the poor state of repair by previous owner. This took 3 months and further water did cause further damage to internal ceilings. But Shane and his great team reassured us it would be completed and 2 months later that is the case. NRS are friendly, honest and they are reliable.

  New roof

  Shane & his team of five made short work of my new garden room roof, the new roof window is better than we thought,they also replaced the ridge tiles fitted a new dry verge system an the main roof & installed cladding to the rear of our house, will have the front cladding changed in a few weeks. They were all respectful, clean & efficient, cleaned up all the debris & waste & took it all away, so grateful to find tradesmen who actually care about what they do, we are really pleased with all they have done, thank you all so much

  New roofing solutions came over to inspect a issues with some loose flashing with our roof. We would the professional and there works was of a good quality. They fully inspected the damage and quickly fixed our roof at a fair price. Over all a really good experience

  New flat roof and new gate

  Shane, Mark and Peter have done an amazing job replacing my roof and as a bonus Mark was able to make and fit a new gate. All 3 were hard working and the work was completed in two days. I am really pleased with the work completed and everything was left very clean. All 3 were really friendly and I would highly recommend and they will be my first choice for further work I need done.
