  Couldn't recommend Newman Construction enough - I am beyond thrilled with my new kitchen. It is so hard to find a good builder that combines both good workmanship and also the admin side of things as well- couldn't fault Emma, Wayne and the team. thank you so so much!

  Wayne was professional, arrived on time. Communication was clear and concise. The fitter arrived on time and completed full days. On completion the kitchen was clean. I am pleased with the result.

  Part Garage Conversion and Kitchen Installation

  I cannot recommend Newman Construction highly enough! Wayne and the lads have done a wonderful job with our part garage conversion and kitchen build. They are always on time, respectful, and work incredibly hard, everyone I have spoken to is amazed at the speed at which the build progressed. Communication through Emma and Wayne is excellent, and you always know what is going on and what is next. Wayne is always happy to answer questions and talk through any concerns instantly putting me at ease. The quality of the work undertaken is superb, we are delighted with our new kitchen space.

  Flat renovation in short timescales

  Wayne and all the Newman Construction team have been a dream to work with, would highly recommend! Their communication was clear and transparent from start to finish, and my flat has been renovated beautifully. They navigated challenging and short timescales that I required with ease and made the whole process really simple. Their work is 10/10 and so pleased with the result.

  Garage conversation

  A big thank you to Wayne, Emma and all the team at Newman Construction who have completed the conversation of our garage into a dining/day room. It has totally transformed to ground floor of our home. All of the work that Wayne carried out was completed to a high standard and within budget. As with a project of this size one or two unforeseen issues arose along the way but these were always resolved with relative ease. I would have no hesitation in recommending Newman Construction for this type of project. Once again a big thank you to everyone involved.

  Ceiling repairs

  We had a sudden ceiling collapse and managed to get a repair booked in with Newman construction. It was a messy job as it was an old latham plaster ceiling that had partially collapsed. They worked cleanly, quickly and efficiently to remove it, reinsulate, board and plaster. An excellent job and very good price. Highly recommend.
