Very thorough - provided photos and advice re condition of roof and gutters.

They turned up when they said they would. They worked non-stop. They cleared up everything. When new problems were discovered, they dealt with them. The work looks excellent. Great value.

I recently hired Newman & Sons Roofing Company to fix a water leak and update the fascia, soffits, and guttering. They also sorted a few loose roof tiles while they were up there, which was much appreciated. The leak was identified and properly amended without the need for a full replacement. They were knowledgeable, gave a fair quote, and kept me informed throughout. The work was done to a high standard, and the area was left clean and tidy. I’ve already booked them for autumn to install roof vents after they flagged a condensation issue and offered solid advice. Highly recommend. 10/10

Could tell as soon as I spoke to Mark on the phone he was someone I could rely on to do the work, was the middle quote I had out of three but his personality and warmth told me I wanted to go with him. Kept me up to date, sis all he could to make it as easy if possible for me and explained everything he was doing and offered to do extra small things on his visit for nothing.

Honestly, this is best experience I have had with a tradesperson and I have had some good ones. Mark and the team were simply fantastic. This covers everything from being highly competent to being polite. I normally don't write reviews, but the experience justifies it in this case. Having had roofers come and give wildly different opinions - Mark was the only person who took the time to understand the job fully before suggesting the right route forward. If you are looking for roofing work at the very least give them a call and I would be surprised if you didn't select them!
