Just had our patio completed by New Look Surfacing. Right from the start we have had a very professional and reliable service. The owner, George is extremely knowledgeable & friendly. The men undertaking the work, Mark & Jamie, were respectful of our property, arrived on time, did a full days work & cleaned up each night afterwards. The finished resin patio is brilliant. We are delighted with the end result. Go with New Look, would highly recommend.

George and his team provided an excellent service from start to finish. I was kept up to date throughout and the job was completed efficiently with minimum impact on the rest of the garden. I am very pleased with the new surface which should be easy to maintain and looks very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending their work.

Newlook Surfaces were professional in every aspect of my project to update my driveway. From quote to completion George managed my project with his team. Newlook Surfacing Ltd: Highly professional company. I am quite precious about my home and knew from the second George came to quote that I’d get a top notch job. When the start day came he introduced his lead on the job, Mark, and Mark together with Jamie did not disappoint. They kept me updated throughout the process and their attention to detail was second to none. And several days into the job I decided I wanted a second colour. This was accommodated and I’ve had several compliments since from passers-by. Thanks to everyone for their hard work.

There was no hard sale, and no lower price ‘offer’ if you sign up immediately. George turned up to quote when he said he would and emailed the quote over nice and quickly. Once we accepted, a provisional date was booked in, which we were allowed to delay, as other work wasn’t completed. When the big day arrived, they turned up on time and everyone knew what needed to be done. Throughout the week, the workers were very polite and friendly and were happy to discuss any questions we had. Once finished, George came round again to make sure we were happy with everything. Would 100% recommend.
