There was no hard sale, and no lower price ‘offer’ if you sign up immediately. George turned up to quote when he said he would and emailed the quote over nice and quickly. Once we accepted, a provisional date was booked in, which we were allowed to delay, as other work wasn’t completed. When the big day arrived, they turned up on time and everyone knew what needed to be done. Throughout the week, the workers were very polite and friendly and were happy to discuss any questions we had. Once finished, George came round again to make sure we were happy with everything. Would 100% recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish. When George came to look at the job in order to provide a quote for a resin driveway and adjoining path around the front of my property, his knowledge was evident, He was friendly and made good suggestions without being in any way pushy. His enthusiasm and vision for the job were evident. Great communication both before the job started and throughout. The team who completed the job were fantastic - pleasant to deal with and very efficient. I couldn’t have asked for more and the front of my property has been transformed, it looks amazing

At the start George visited our property and gave a comprehensive assessment of the product and a range of options and ideas. No hard sell and we felt very comfortable to make our decision in our own time. Prompt quotation and job started quite quickly. The guys arrived and carried out the job in a highly professional and friendly manner. We were very impressed with the way our property and garden was respected, every day they cleared up extremely well and any mess and disruption was managed to the absolute minimum. The job was finished on time and we are absolutely delighted with our patio

We had our patio and driveway completed by Newlook Surfacing. We are delighted with the outcome and have had many compliments from our neighbours. Dan and Jack completed the work, were always very polite, friendly and respectful. Dan ensured we were able to make any changes/tweaks we wanted made to our original plan and kept us updated when we were away on holiday. Highly recommend.

Last year the team completed a patio and concrete base ahead of a garden room for us. We were so pleased with the results we knew we wouldn’t look anywhere else for our new driveway this year. George was quick to survey and quote for the work, providing us with a huge choice of resin colours to choose from. As before, all the team were polite friendly and very hardworking. They kept us informed of the work and progress throughout and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Would 100% recommend and the before and after photos speak for themselves.

George and his team have been fantastic throughout the whole process. George has guided me through choosing the end colour for my new driveway, which is amazing and makes me smile every time I look at it! He helped me with extending my patio at the back of my house and re grouting it. They always left the site clean and tidy. When I had a problem with the postman walking over my freshly laid resin driveway when the Job was finished George came straight back to help limit any damage - luckily enough there was none that could be seen! Could not recommend them enough fantastic guys! Amazing Job!
