  New locking mechanism was needed as the front door wouldn’t shut properly

  I was contacted within minutes of putting the job in, kept in touch with all appointment times,. The locksmith arrived promptly after giving me a time, explained what was needed and got on with the job, he explained everything that was needed. Very print and informative company

  UPVC door lock

  Right UPVC door needs to be replaced. The locksmith came home when my wife was alone at home and we were not aware of their arrival in advance. The lock was stuck and hence door was not opening. The locksmith came and after seeing the issue didn’t share any quote for the repair or replacement but instead went ahead and opened the UPVC lock and replaced it with used one and quoted us 160 pounds. When enquired about warranty they said these UPVC locks are not manufactured by them and hence there is no warranty or guarantee. Had to pay the price as we had no option
