From the time I made an enquiry to the time the job was completed I was kept informed the whole way through by email and WhatsApp. A simple job didn't go as planned as our house is old and the wiring is all over the place. My enquiry was responded to the same day, a timescale for conducting the work was given and the electrician kept in touch with us on the day he was due to visit us and although his day had run longer than was expected he still visited my dad. He was very courteous with my dad. The job could not be completed as it was more complicated than expected but he explained fully to my dad what was happening and when someone would be back. The job was completed very quickly. My dad and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. First class service. Thank you.
