Newhouse Farm Partnership offers a prompt and efficient service. He has twice helped me at short notice - which is precisely what one wants in such circumstances - with problems in our private (ie non-mains) sewerage system. When the poop is in danger of overflowing, you need help at once and Richard provides it.

Richard and his team did a fantastic job installing my new treatment plant. From the start, they took charge of the whole process, making what could have been a very disruptive and major job flow seamlessly. They were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and professional throughout. I was especially impressed with the care they took in restoring my garden lawn afterwards – you’d hardly know any work had been done. I really appreciated their clear communication and the way they handled everything so efficiently. Highly recommended!

Richard was quick to come to our house to discuss a replacement for our septic tank and happy to do the job when it suited us. He was always easy to contact when we needed to speak to him. Chris and his guys worked solidly for 2 weeks to install our system which threw up some challenges along the way that were dealt with efficiently and without drama. On leaving the site broken path edges were sorted and top soil and grass seed applied. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Richard Pike at Newhouse Farm Partnership. Just from a conversation he was able to identify why I had the issue I had (a horrendous sewage smell in the house) and he got to work sorting out a poorly installed, ruptured pipe, and supplying and fitting the compressor compartment to the chamber extension. This involved him bringing in an electrician who also did a great job. All in all I am a happy customer and I found Richard very pleasant and courteous to deal with.
