Richard was quick to come to our house to discuss a replacement for our septic tank and happy to do the job when it suited us. He was always easy to contact when we needed to speak to him. Chris and his guys worked solidly for 2 weeks to install our system which threw up some challenges along the way that were dealt with efficiently and without drama. On leaving the site broken path edges were sorted and top soil and grass seed applied. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Richard Pike at Newhouse Farm Partnership. Just from a conversation he was able to identify why I had the issue I had (a horrendous sewage smell in the house) and he got to work sorting out a poorly installed, ruptured pipe, and supplying and fitting the compressor compartment to the chamber extension. This involved him bringing in an electrician who also did a great job. All in all I am a happy customer and I found Richard very pleasant and courteous to deal with.

They installed the plant 12 months ago in not the simplest situation and have now carried out annual service. Efficient, tidy and to be recomended.

Richard Pike visited the site, discussed how the work would be done and brought the Building Regulations people in to ensure compliance. His men completed the work over four days despite atrocious wet weather and really knew what they were doing. They were friendly and helpful and the job included loads of gravel to make good the driveway after the heavy digging equipment and mud, and new topsoil over the whole area with grass seed sown, leaving a very tidy finish. The project wasn't cheap but it was a proper job, well done.
