Called back promptly and came over the following day to inspect our roof leak after we experienced some heavy rain. Quickly found the area in need of repair and came back within a few days to fix the area. They also changed a gutter and cleaned out the gutters to avoid any short term issues. I am grateful for the great service at short notice.

New Heights were great when I called them about my roof leaking! Bradley came out and gave me 2 options after completing a survey. At no point did he put pressure on me to choose the more expensive option of removal and a new installation, but took time to explain the method of repair and the pros and cons for it so I could make an educated decision. Hopefully I won’t have the need to call again, but New Heights will be first on my list to call!

Bradley was extremely busy but added my job to his workload. Delays due to weather however managed as soon as temperatures lifted. I would not hesitate to recommend Bradley of New Heights Roofing and his hard working workforce who were clean and tidy.

An absolute pleasure to have worked with New Heights. I narrowed the tradesman down to 3 but I needn’t have bothered. Brad made the process effortless, he talked the talk and walked the walk. The whole process was made easy and the workmanship is fantastic. Beyond expectations and that’s a very rare thing to come by today.

Work was done as agreed and to a high standard. Friendly and polite, kept us informed of the progress of work and asked us to inspect it at appropriate points. Site left tidy at end of first day and on completion on the second day. Pleased with the result and would use Hawkwood Solutions again.
