Really happy with service from Olly. We moved into a house with 2 burners and were unsure of the condition. He did a sweep and general check over. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

The service and advice that we got was excellent. The initial visit was thorough and could not of asked for a friendlier person to go through the process of installing a log burner. The installation itself was finished in a day and all materials were tidied up afterwards. The quality of the work completed is excellent. We are very pleased with not just our log burner but also the person and the company who installed it. Would recommend him to all my friends either looking to install a log burner now or in the future.

Had our chimney swept, the difference to the burn was amazing. Oliver arrived on time, was quick and left everything clean. Already booked in for next time!

So glad I contacted New Forest Burners for a chimney sweep and service. Very professional from beginning to end, appointment kept and punctual. My burner looked like new when work completed and not even a speck of dust left behind. One hundred per cent recommend. Very reasonably priced too!
