Great company to deal with, I was helped and advised professionally from start to finish. I thoroughly recommend New Forest Log Burner and Stove company. No mess indoors, and Ollie was very polite and courteous all times and respected our lounge. A breakdown of all costs and full tuition when burner was installed, as we didn’t have a clue!

Really great experience, from the initial site visit to help with selecting a burner, the final install, fire lighting demo and log choice. Olly was extremely knowledgeable throughout, answering WhatsApp queries promptly and everything was on time . Together with his team on site, they worked well, quick, tidy and cleared up afterwards. Sensible pricing too. A super little company. Highly recommended!

From the start of me enquiring right to the very end I felt like a very valued customer. Other company’s had said that we needed to get rid of our fireplace but new forest burners literally just removed the sides to make the opening bigger. We are so pleased with the work that’s been carried out would recommend them 100% Thankyou so much!!!
