Really great experience, from the initial site visit to help with selecting a burner, the final install, fire lighting demo and log choice. Olly was extremely knowledgeable throughout, answering WhatsApp queries promptly and everything was on time . Together with his team on site, they worked well, quick, tidy and cleared up afterwards. Sensible pricing too. A super little company. Highly recommended!

From the start of me enquiring right to the very end I felt like a very valued customer. Other company’s had said that we needed to get rid of our fireplace but new forest burners literally just removed the sides to make the opening bigger. We are so pleased with the work that’s been carried out would recommend them 100% Thankyou so much!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Full consultation and the quote was broken down and we were offered cost saving solutions along the way. The roof was patched up perfectly and they even replaced some discoloured tiles while they were up there. Very very clean and respectful of our home and wouldn't consider using anyone else in the future.
