A friendly company that was very helpful and answered all my questions! Gave advice and links to help us choose the right burner. Was very accommodating when we had a delay with the delivery. Tidy installation and cleaned up after themselves. Sent a video explaining how to set up the burner to break it in as such and supplied a box with fire starters, kindling and logs. Highly reccomend, especially if like us you are virgins with wood burners!!

From first contact, communication was excellent. On the day of installation, Olly was spot on time and the job was completed to a very high standard. Olly kept us informed throughout the day and took time to talk us through how to use our new log burner. We would not hesitate to recommend New Forest Burners to others.

Installed two stoves for us. The hearth stone supplied does not fit the concrete base so now left with bare concrete showing. Wanted another £500 to replace an incorrectly fitting hearth stone he supplied. Not impressed.
