We had a major rebuild of our bungalow. Everything was replaced and an extension added. From start to finish Tony was fantastic. Everything was carried out in a very professional but personal manner. Nothing was too much trouble. The work was of a very high standard and so was the communication. Tony ensured we knew where each stage of the work was at and was always keen to meet up with us in person to go through it. To anyone wanting to find a trustworthy quality builder we couldn’t recommend New Era more highly.

Tony and his team removed an internal chimney breast in our main bedroom. Installed a RSJ to support the remainder of it. He then took the room back to brick, installed plasterboard, lowered the ceiling and plastered the whole room. We basically had a new room made for us after he fixed the structural issues that we had. He treated our home like his own. His whole team did. They were all respectful and tidy. I didn’t know builders could be so clean and today. They were always punctual and the quality of the work is excellent. You definitely get what you pay for with Tony. Highly recommended.

We were lucky enough to find Tony and his team to complete a bedroom renovation and chimney removal. From the outset we found him to be responsive and friendly. From the moment he arrived he treated our home like his own, he was friendly and knowledgeable about the job in hand. The quality of his work is amazing. He has gone above and beyond for us and for that we are extremely grateful. The bedroom is top notch and we are so pleased with the room he has created for us ! We thoroughly recommend Tony and already have a job lined up for him and no doubt many more. Thank you Tony!

Wonderful company! From start to finish, the process was made easy due to the reliability and personable approach. Tony guided us through each step and his workmanship is excellent. Always nervous when getting jobs done on the house but we will use New Era from now on, won't even bother going with anyone else. Extremely happy!

Tony and his team were very courteous. He offered best advice with not only the project, but living in the house during the renovation. The communication helped my family manage and kept the project running smoothly with updates all the way through. Any issues were brought to my attention promptly and we were able to discuss any changes to the project fairly. He even helped me out with some bits not scoped for. I'd fully recommend Tony and his team, the quote was fair at the start and didn't go up. only asked for cups of coffee. Thank you Tony.
