From start to finish Rob and his helper Ashton demonstrated a high standard of professionalism. The quote arrived quickly, was clearly itemised and included VAT! Rob has an engaging personality and is very easy to get on with. Answers questions clearly and a good communicator keeping us informed about progress. The work was carried out to a high standard and on time. He removed all the rubbish generated and left the property in an immaculate condition. This is the third time we have engaged his services and we will undoubtedly use them again.

Rob did a fantastic job. From the initial call I could tell he knew what he was talking about so I didn’t even get other quotes, I knew he’d do the job properly. I’m very fussy and like things done properly and he didn’t disappoint. A lot of mess was made blasting all the mud and moss out the slabs over the drive but once he had finished the first day you wouldn’t know he had been, it was so clean. Then he came back after the weekend to re-sand it all. It looks brand new. We’re so pleased it’s transformed the front of the property back to its former glory! Highly recommend.

Rob (and his assistant Ashton) did a thorough and effective job of cleaning a very dirty patio. They were well organised and also did a thorough job of cleaning up afterwards, including cleaning conservatory and kitchen windows. Rob is easy to get on with and reliable in terms of keeping in touch and answering any queries that arise. I hope to engage Newdrives again for further work on the property.
