Prompt in responding and efficient in diagnosing the problem. A couple of days waiting whilst a replacement part was ordered, then quickly fitted, tested and left in good working order. Very pleasant and courteous at all times. Recommended.

(So sorry I can’t remember your name - but you were so efficient and competent that I didn’t get time to even ask!) Great comms. Small job, but fitted me into a tight schedule. And was happy to show/tell me everything I needed in case I’m brave enough to DIY it myself next time. Can’t say enough positives. Job posted on a Sunday and job completed before I’d had breakfast on the Monday! No-one likes a problem with a toilet and Newbery Plumbing made sure I only had one for a matter of hours (and it wasn’t even an ‘emergency’ call out). 1,000 out of 10!

Freddie was fantastic from beginning to end. His communication is second to none, replying quickly and clearly. He was able to carry out our job within the week, was friendly and approachable and charged a very reasonable fee. Great service!
