  The information Doug provided was exceptionally thorough prior to starting work. He clearly outlined the cost, which ended up being less than the estimate. He pointed out possible future issues for the old roof with no pressure whatsoever. I felt extremely reassured by his approach. He clearly loves his craft and I would wholeheartedly recommend his work.

  Doug removed a flapping aerial from our 1st floor victorian flat. Was lovely, polite, quick, removed all waste, came in the best price than other quotes, did the job next day. 100% recommend
