    I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Liam for any building works; he's transformed my old leaking outhouse, with a new roof and new doors, into a fantastic space I can finally use. Reliable, friendly, and the work is done a very high standard. Thank you!

    Extension on rear of property!

    We recently had a single-storey rear extension built to create a bright, open-plan kitchen/dining/living space, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From our initial enquiry, the team were professional, responsive and really listened to what we wanted. They helped us navigate planning permission (which went through smoothly without any drama), building regs, and even suggested clever tweaks to maximise light and space while staying within our budget.
