    Highly recommend.

    Wes came out to do a general service for our boiler since we had moved into the property a couple of months before. Excellent communication through the booking process and in advance of the appointment. Wes was pleasant and courteous, was kind enough to do a check of our radiators and thermostats as we weren't familiar with the heating system. I thought his charge for the service was reasonable and fair. Highly recommend.

    Got hot water working again

    I called them out as I had a problem with my hot water, I had been recommended to replace it by a previous company but didn’t have the money to do that. But they were able to repair and keep it going. So happy with the results and would highly recommend.

    Excellent service- New Boiler and New Bathroom

    I seriously can't recommend Wesley highly enough. He recently not only installed a new boiler but also fitted a fabulous new bathroom complete with new shower, new flooring, tiled walls and lighting. This was not an easy job - my old bathroom was not only outdated but many utilities were broken and all the plumbing had to be removed and redirected. Wesley went out of his way to ensure that I now have a bathroom I am proud of. He is professional, time keeping was excellent, flexible, really professional, tidy and kept to his original quote. Thank you. Again I would highly recommend.

    A disappointing visit

    Called and spoke with a lady to book. She explained cost would be £80 for call out and first hour which they hope to fix it within. The man turned up Nd within minutes decided we needed a new heat plate exchanger without inspecting it and a new sump cover as he say a water drip on it. I told him the same as the lady so why visit with no intention to try and fix. He then spent 15 minutes on the phone looking up costs for parts and left. Was here 20 minutes and cost £55. Basically we paid for them to quote. I would of preferred he tried to improve the got water but no attempt.

    No hot water and the heating wasn’t working.

    New age boilers helped us get our heating and hot water back up and running. I contacted them this evening and they assisted me over the phone because the earliest they could’ve come out was tomorrow. Thank you very much for guiding me through a process of elimination and getting our house hot again. Excellent customer service and your knowledge is impeccable.
