Niall was accommodating and got my boiler issue repaired the day after initial contact. He completed the job quickly and I found him to be polite, respectful and courteous. Really appreciate him coming the next day to ensure I had heating and hot water due to the valve controlling the boiler pressure needing to be replaced. I highly recommend Niall from Neptune Plumbing! I called him out because my heating system had low pressure, and he quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out to be a simple fix, just turning a valve and he had it sorted in minutes. Best of all, he didn’t charge me for the visit.
