  New taps installed in kitchen and bathroom, the latter being particularly difficult to access, quickly and efficiently. Lee was friendly and obliging, fitting the work around our schedule. Would certainly use again.

  New Tap fitted.

  Lee turned up as per the agreed time and was able to remove our old kitchen tap and install a new kitchen tap which we had purchased. As the new tap was one of these pull out spray taps, Lee did mention that some of the existing plumbing under the sink might have to be rejigged in order to accommodate the new tap fittings but in the end Lee was able to work around the existing fittings and successfully installed the new tap. Lee came across as very pleasant, honest and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. In fact I've already ask him for quotes for additional work!

  Full rip out and new bathroom

  Niall and Lee were excellent from start to finish! We had previously used their services for a new boiler and were keen to bring them back to upgrade our bathroom. They were able to provide advice on products and design and put us in touch with a local supplier who helped us with selecting everything that we needed. Nothing was too much trouble, their attention to detail is excellent and quality of work of a very high standard. Plus they are nice guys who are easy to work with. We are so pleased with our new bathroom and would highly recommend!!!

  New Central Heating System + Controls Sytem + Brickwork + Modify Existing Cupboard

  We have been using Neptune now for a few years and have always found them to be really great. We decided to go to these guys when our old boiler gave up. I'm very glad we did. Niall has done some great work for us. He arrived promplty every morning and worked really hard all day. Every evening he tidied up before he left. Any questions we had, he always answered them and put us at ease. We had some new brick work done when the new boiler went in, his work in this was superb. In fact all the work undertaken by him was outstanding a true master crafstman, someone who takes pride in what they do

  Combi boiler check

  I have used Neptune for a few jobs over the last couple of years, including a complete bathroom refit into a shower room, a new combi boiler and leaking kitchen tap. Lee and Niall are very friendly and give good advice and their work is to a high standard always. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
