We are very pleased with the work conducted by Giorgi, Nick and the team to reconfigure several of our rooms, which entailed adding new walls, building a corridor extension and new electrics. The job was reasonably priced vs. other quotes we received, but the quality of work was very high, with clear communication and expectation setting throughout. We would 100% use them again.

Really easy to work with Georgi. We had a bedroom expanded by turning an adjacent bathroom into an ensuite including fitting a new toilet waste pipe. He was very clear how much each item would cost and any extras were clearly communicated. The work was slightly tricky due to the old Victorian house but they managed to work through it! The whole team were very tidy and cleaned up at the end of every day. It was easy to communicate what we were looking for and the sort of style we wanted. Would recommend and hope to use the team again in the future.

Neofix tiled our entrance hallway. They were lovely to work with - open, courteous and flexible. They were mindful of our young children in the house. The work was great, especially recommend the tiling which was done beautifully. The garden and hallway was left tidy each evening.

I found Neofix Development through Checkatrade and they were definitely up to the challenge. The best response and complete approach to a flooring issue which had limited use to the front lounge and hallway for over 12 months. Accurate estimates and lead-time into the job, meant a hassle free re-screed and engineered wood floor installation to the delight of the whole family. Very courteous and thorough workmanship for a perfectly transformed finish. Great working with them, and would definitely recommend their team!

Retiling Front Path and step, removing old fractured path and digging path up to strengthen and straighten. Repairing balustrade above front bay window. All work carried out meticulously with great care and attention to detail. Highly recommended team. Contact and liaison to update was exemplary and price was clear and kept to.

I thoroughly recommend these Neofix, recommended by a friend they'd done two projects for. They re-modelled our bathroom, and created more space in the spare bedroom using that dead space on the stairs. It looks fantastic. So does the bathroom. They are real craftsmen. And Georgi is can-do attitude personified, nothing phases him. Also he agreed to fix many minor odd-job-man type repairs that many builders would not bother with. They are punctual, courteous, flexible, and clean up every day.
