The price was competitive, but what really impressed us was the quality of workmanship. The attention to detail is superb, and the finished result has exceeded our expectations. For me the single most valuable quality in a builder is that they care about getting it right regardless of whether you'll even notice or not. Giorgi described himself to me as a perfectionist and I thought "Well, sure, every builder wants to present themselves that way", but after a month of work it was clear to me that he really genuinely is! Everything was meticulously done and any time there was a problem he laid out about three different solutions with pros and cons. I'm very happy with the result and I'll definitely use Neofix again next time.

Giorgi worked with me on a ground floor refurbishment project in Kentish Town completed recently (Easter 2025). I found him to be a very proactive and communicative builder with high standards and a commitment to client satisfaction. Working with me, an architect, was a relatively new experience for him - he typically works directly for homeowners - but he adapted quickly and we had an effective collaboration. He was always available to talk to ensure the smooth running of the job, even outside normal working hours.

Giorgi and Nick did a fantastic job and completed the work on time and at the price quoted. Would definitely recommend and use them again for any future work.
