Nathan came and sorted out my toilet which I struggled to flush and resealed my shower for me., during the visit. He answered my call, came out within the day and went the extra mile with fixing my leaky shower as wasn't booked. He was a pleasant young man and good at what he did.

Professional service at a good price

Nathan came to replace an old dripping tap. He noticed that 2 radiators had been hung the wrong way round and came back a week or so later to put them right. Both jobs completed in a friendly, professional manner at a price less than I was quoted elsewhere. Lovely lad and knows his stuff.

Very disappointed. Paid for a repair on my upstairs toilet prior to my downstairs ceiling being re-skimmed as it was leaking every time I flushed. Repair work done and then the plastering work followed. Only lasted 2 weeks and then leaking again all over my new plastered ceiling. Paid for the first repair which and have been told I have to paid for the first mistake. Cracking fella but extremely annoyed

I can see you’re disappointed, but I did remove your downstairs toilet and cap 2 pipes aswell as fix that toilet upstairs for only £80+vat which is a very low price for that amount of work. I also said to keep an eye on that toilet as I would need to come beck if it leaked again but it would be chargeable as I didn’t charge to fix the toilet upstairs

Installed new toilet with quick service, detailed quote and no delay once agreed on time and date. Very knowledgeable and gave great advice on another job.
