  Contacted firm through Checkatrade. From exactly what was happening from start to finish. Someone was in touch to let ne know when they would be out, they completed job then sent pictures to show the evidence if tge work completed. If I had to would definitely use again. thanks guys.

  We called Nelson property Mantinance as we had a leak on our roof had two other roofing companies out and couldn’t find the problem after a good inspection Peter gave me a breakdown of the work and a cost and the problem was fixed friendly and tidy work would recommend good fair company Thanks michael

  Peter and team inspected a leak around my chimney in which was causing problems for months in which a couple roofers couldn’t solve, Peter come out identified the problem and gave a fair price, work was carried out the exact same week and pleased to say I’ve had no problems since I can’t thank Peter and his team enough for their efforts and I can recommend them enough… 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  After loosing faith with roofers . Peter turned up when he said he would . Explained the problem and suggested a solution . His team turned up once again when they said they would and kept me updated through the process showing photos as the work progressed . A friendly and stress free experience

  We were contemplating getting a new roof for a while after living in our property for over 25 years and were recommended P.Nelson property maintenance by a family friend. Peter arranged a time that suited us to come out to view our property & recommended the best roof style to suit. The lads turned up every day on time were very polite and explained everything from start to finish on a daily basis. Our home now looks 20 years younger thanks to Peter and his team.   Professional reliable service

  I contacted Peter at Nelson Property Maintenance to carry out roofing work on my dad’s property, and we’re very pleased with the results. The team re-pointed ridge tiles, replaced damaged tiles, pressure washed the roof, cleared gutters, and cleaned down the whole building. Everything was done to a high standard, on time, and left clean and tidy. Reliable and professional service – would definitely recommend.
