  22 Years of Good Service

  I have used Neil Robertson Plumbing for over 22 years. Their engineers have always been willing to discuss possible options when assessing the work, and they have never treated me like an idiot - even when I am being an idiot! They have always responded promptly albeit, fortunately for me, most of my plumbing crises have occurred outside of winter when they are likely to be busier. There may have been other ways of getting the work done cheaper, but because of their sound workmanship, it has meant that I have only had to make half a dozen callouts over the last 22 years.

  5* ......amazing to find such great service in this day and age. From the friendly office staff to having Jack doing the installation everything was a breeze. We were kept informed throughout and felt comfortable dealing with both the office and our plumber. Jack did an amazing job and must be the tidiest tradesman we have ever had work in our home. Highly recommend using Neil Robertson.

  Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

  Excellent service from start to finish. Neil Robertson was able to fit me in at very short notice, even during extreme weather conditions, which I really appreciated. Lewis and Jake arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and completed the work to an exceptionally high standard. Lewis explained everything clearly, left the area spotless, and the pricing was fair and transparent. I genuinely couldn't have asked for better service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy plumber. Thank you once again!
