  We had our boiler serviced recently and as usual the plumber told us he was on his way, was very helpful with a dishwasher problem we were having, even though they don’t deal with appliances and the house was left clean and tidy . Always pleased with their work

  Excellent service. I had a new boiler installed in January by a different local company. I needed work on a leak that caused the new boiler to loose pressure. I called the original company who said they would come out. 3 weeks. Nothing I called Robertsons They came around, Colin assessed the situation. Within days I had a call from the office, then an email with the quote and start date from Lewis. Days later Callum came around and did a fantastic job replacing pipework all through the ground floor. No inconvenience and no mess Will always use them from now.

  Taps replaced

  Needed kitchen mixer tap and bath taps replaced. Work was carried out efficiently and they also inserted a new stopcock on the hot water tank to avoid having to drain the system in future. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use them again.

  Had a great experience with Neil Robertson Plumbing. The staff were friendly, professional, and respectful throughout. Both attendees did a fantastic job—clean, courteous, and clearly skilled. Really impressed with the quality of work and communication. Highly recommend!

  I e mailed the company Sunday evening and received a reply by first thing on Monday. By Monday afternoon the work was being completed which was so helpful as I was working from home that day. The work was completed efficiently by an extremely polite and cheerful man. I am delighted with the completion of the work and how the area was left afterwards.
