  I rung at 9am. Called at the house. Identified the fault and by 10.30 the replacement part had been picked up & fitted. Can’t ask for better service than that. Great service. Will definitely use them again if needed.

  Very efficient and very helpful

  Made an inquiry in the morning for pipe work alterations to fit a Washing machine and by 4 pm the plumber ( Lola ) assessed and sorted the work out. Nothing was too much trouble, friendly and helpful. I will definitely use again.

  This company, in the first instance tried to solve my problem via email from me and after three tries to rectify it, I requested a call out. Told they would attend within the next 2 hours, which they did. Problem was woke up freezing and after their engineer had been, was toasty by lunchtime. Could not be happier.

  Neil Robertson Plumbing has recently undertaken some remedial work at a rental property and the results are stunning, as if there was never an issue. Lewis worked efficiently, politely and with great accuracy. As a result I instructed them to complete some new installations at my home address.. Different engineer (Colin I believe) but same exacting standards with polite and efficient traits. Billed correctly and on time by an exceptionally efficient office team. Would recommend to anyone wanting a job done well, first time.

  I have recently used this company for various plumbing requirements. From the beginning phone call to the office I was greated with a friendly lady taking all my details. Suitable appointments were made for both my Boiler service and the installation of a heated towel rail. The service engineer was very efficient and knowledgeable. The lovely lady who came to install the heated towel rail was very efficient and tidy.
