    Leaking waste pipe

    Very pleased with the service. Plumber turned up when he said he would, quickly identified the problem and repaired it immediately. Very reasonable cost compared to other quotes and I would certainly use this company again.

    I needed my shower fixed due to not getting any hot water. I used Checkatrade for the first time and was very impressed at how quickly I was contacted via the messaging service. I chose this company to fix my shower, they were all very friendly and professional whilst carrying out the job. I was quoted for a new cartridge, but, unfortunately when Jamie arrived to fit it, I was told it didn’t work and I was given the option of replacing the shower and most importantly I was reassured that I would not be charged for the cartridge or the call out fee because it wasn’t my fault. Good job done 👍

    From start to finish the team at McGregor Property Services were absolutely brilliant. I was always kept up to date via WhatsApp messages. Jimmy who installed the toilet was excellent as no job ever goes smoothly in our house. All rubbish was taken away and the bathroom left tidy once the job was completed. 10/10 guys. I would definitely recommend.

Having been established since 2007 (incorporated as a limited company in 2013) we are constantly looking at ways to improve and grow whilst still maintaining one of our core values of customer service.

We have full time office staff awaiting your call who are trained to be responsive when required and are genuinely there to help you through any work progress. All staff are trained, in uniform, in tracked vans and ready to carry out your work for the same costs as the one man bands who can't offer the same level of service.

All work is guaranteed and electronically invoiced.

Any issues that arise are dealt with swiftly and effectively and at our cost if the fault was ours.
