    Company were quick to get in touch, and came out to give an accurate quote, as it wasn't necessarily a straightforward job due to the layout of my property. This was done quickly, with good discussion and options. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and I felt as if they wanted to ensure the job was done to a high standard. The work was booked in promptly, and the standard of the job was first rate. It looks even better than I'd hoped, and the guys who did the work did a fantastic job - troubleshooting a few issues to ensure the finish was top notch. Highly recommended, and will use again

    Replace Downstairs Toilet

    Post my job on Checkatrade on the evening the previous day. N McGregor Property Service contacted me the following morning. After forwarding a few photo's of the job and accepting quotation. They said they could attend in the next couple of hours. There two members of staff arrived promptly, were polite, professional and friendly. Was over the moon with the completed job. Thank you for your prompt service. I will definitely use these in the future.

    This company was quick to get booked in even with some issues on my end finding an appropriate day. Gas certificate was sent once the work was done and they have been helpful throughout getting everything sorted.

    Excellent communication via WhatsApp to set up the appointment. Plumber arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently. The quality of the workmanship (and the tidying up) was excellent and the price was good.

    Came to do my new boilers first service, booked easily and was given a day and timeslot quite quickly. Slightly late arriving due to unforeseen circumstances (incident on the Spine Road), which he was very apologetic for (not his fault). Friendly and efficient, will use again.

We have full time office staff awaiting your call who are trained to be responsive when required and are genuinely there to help you through any work progress. All staff are trained, in uniform, in tracked vans and ready to carry out your work for the same costs as the one man bands who can't offer the same level of service.

All work is guaranteed and electronically invoiced.

Any issues that arise are dealt with swiftly and effectively and at our cost if the fault was ours.
